Eight years ago, after 20-plus years as a senior corporate marketer, I embarked on a journey to mesh everything I knew about traditional business-to-business branding and messaging with the fast-changing world of social media. Along the way, I discovered the power of personal brands to support marketing, whether that's retaining clients and staff, uncovering and engaging with qualified prospects, or increasing inbound referrals among other benefits.
